Biosketch

Pedro Henrique Gonçalves de Oliveira Ribeiro is an outstanding academic and jurist with an impeccable academic and professional trajectory. Currently he serves as the Director of the Academic Graduate Programs in law at the University of Monterrey (UDEM), where he teaches courses covering various legal areas. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Law at the University of Frankfurt, Germany, supported by a full doctoral scholarship awarded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). In addition, Gonçalves holds a Masters degree in State Law from the University of São Paulo in Brazil and earned his Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo and in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sã Paulo, where he received the “Best Paper” award at the XVII Scientific Initiation Meeting in the field of Law. His professional journey is distinguished by publications in various languages, primarily focused on Human Rights issues, and his role as an independent lawyer and autonomous academic and legal translator. Pedro has excelled as a valuable member of the UDEM and the academic community.
